I certify that I am an authorized
representative of the company and qualified to make
the following certifications on behalf of the
company/end-user.
(1) The company will comply with
the provisions in the
Employer Certification;
(2) The company has the
Summary of the Consumers
Rights as prescribed by the Federal Trade Commission
under 15 USC1681g;
(3) The company will use the reports only for
tenant/employment purposes;
(4) The company shall take precautions to secure any
system according to the System Access Security
Policy;
(5) The company shall request and use driving record
information in compliance with the
Drivers Privacy Protection Act of 1994. View
the
Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA); and
(6) The Company, by specifically placing an order
for a current and/or former employer verification,
even if the applicant might have indicated that
he/she does not want the current and/or former
employer to be contacted, shall have obtained the
appropriate authorization from the applicant and
shall assume the full risk of NAPS contacting the
current and/or former employer to conduct the
verification.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: "Any person who knowingly and
willfully obtains information on a consumer from a
consumer reporting agency under false pretenses
shall be fined under title 18, United States Code,
imprisoned for not more than 2 years, or both." [15

I-9 Compliance, a federally approved Designated
Agent of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS)
and the Social Security Administration (SSA) for
Form I-9 employment verifications, which creates an
opportunity to integrate with the federal
government's Employment Verification Program (EVP)
and conduct automated Form I-9 legal "right to work"
verifications for our customers.
Using this website and the specific information
contained on the Form I-9, we can now electronically
verify the accuracy of Social Security Numbers,
Immigration "A" numbers, and I-94 arrival/departure
numbers and provide a DHS-issued unique verification
number, which should be attached to the employee's
original Form I-9. Our verification services are secure, quick,
